My shopping habits

Hey Guys,

today in class we talked about shopping and kinds of shops, so I'm writing about my shopping habits!

What do I like buying?

I like to buy new clothes, sweets, mobile phones and videogames!

What do I dislike buying?

I really hate to buy clothes for other people or go shopping for them.
And I also hate to buy some sorts of fruits and vegetables.

Do I look for bargains?

Yes I do, because if I found a really good bargain, I would immediatly go and buy it and it would make me happy.

Which days are my favourite shopping days?

My favourtite days are friday and saturday, because there is enough time to do the right shopping.

What do I buy to reward myself?

I don't reward myself, because if I deserved a reward, I would get it from someone else.

What kinds of shops are near your place?

There are supermarkets in Perg and Arbing and also in Perg there are some sorts of discount stores, chain stores and specialty shops.

Where do I ever shop?

If I go shopping for clothes I will go to PlusCity, because in this shopping mall is all what I need.

Have I ever done some online-shopping?

Yes I did some online-shopping, because I bought a phone case for my Sony-phone on Amazon

Where would I buy...
  • ...food?: I always buy food in supermarkets like Eurospar.
  • ...laptops, electronic equipment?: If I buy a laptop, I will compare the prices and wait for a bargain.
  • music?: I never buy music, because I use Youtube for this.
What kind of shops are my favourites?

I prefer speciality shops and shopping malls, because in a shopping mall there are all shops at one place and in speciality shops there aren't so many different product but the product depth is bigger than in supermarkets and that's why I like those shops.

See you,
Patrick.

A comparision of christmas traditions in New Zealand and Austria!!

Hey guys,

today I'm writing about the christmas tradition in New Zealand and Austria.

In New Zealand Christmas comes in the middle of the summer holidays, but some people also have christmas trees and decorate it like in USA or in UK.
In comparision with Austria, the christmas trees don't have so much sweets on it like in the USA.

Many New Zealanders have a barbecue for Christmas lunch and this is becoming more popular, because it's sommer and very hot. In Austria it's almost very cold there and the people like to sit at home with the family and eat some warm food.

In New Zealand they have an english type christmasmeal in the middle of June (New Zealand's mid winter)

Now, you know a little bit more about christmas.

See you,
Patrick

My work-life balance

Hey guys,
in our last english lesson we talked about our work-life balance.

To hold my right balance I do lots of sports and relaxing activities.
I really like to take naps, because after taking a power-nap I will be really fit and then I can go play football or tennis with my friends.
A big point to hold my right balance is also to go out at the weekend and to play trompet, because it is helpful to switch off.
And it's also good for my jumping-off point to eat a good and healthy food, because after it I feel really good.

I hope you can learn about it!

See you,
Patrick.
